ASA Bio
Personalized cellular and integrative medicine.
ASA Bio brings together the science of cellular medicine (supplements, hormones, stem cells and peptides) with the foundations of lifestyle and nutrition. We treat disease, and we also work to optimize how your body functions, year over year. Led by Dr. Doohi Lee, M.D., in Plano, TX.
Our Approach
Cells, hormones and lifestyle as one system
The body does not operate in silos. Cellular biology, hormonal balance, nutritional status and lifestyle inputs are all connected, and weakness in any one cascades into the others. ASA Bio looks at how your body is functioning as a whole: where the cellular machinery is supported, where it is strained, and which changes would help most.
Our approach pairs restraint with science. Cellular medicine is full of trends and unsupported protocols, so we use only evidence-backed therapies, applied to the right patient at the right time. The foundational work of sleep, movement, nutrition and stress comes first. Targeted cellular treatments are added when they will build meaningfully on that foundation.

Why ASA Bio
Integrative medicine with medical rigor
Evidence-based
We use therapies with solid research support and do not chase trends. If the science is thin, we wait, even when the marketplace pushes the other way.
Foundations first
Good habits around sleep, movement, nutrition and stress create the conditions that let targeted treatments work.
Physician-directed
Every protocol is designed and adjusted by Dr. Lee. It is never handed off to a wellness coach or a stock supplement plan.
Restraint over excess
We add a targeted intervention only when the evidence supports it for your specific situation. We prefer a few well-chosen inputs to a crowded protocol.

Meet the Physician
Dr. Doohi Lee, M.D.
Board-Certified Physician · Integrative & Cellular Medicine
“The body responds to inputs. The art is knowing which input matters most for this specific patient, at this specific time.”
Dr. Lee brings the same disciplined evaluation approach to integrative medicine that he applies to brain health and aesthetics. Before any protocol, he builds a complete picture: where lifestyle is supporting your physiology and where it is undermining it, what laboratory data show, and where targeted interventions could compound foundational gains.
He believes the marketplace has made integrative medicine harder for patients, with too much pushed too quickly and too many trends that lack evidence. His own clinical philosophy: fewer interventions, applied carefully, with measurable outcomes.
